Marital Family Law and Criminal Defense Counsel

Mayra Talarico is a long-time resident of Collier County and has worked for the Florida Attorney General, served as a State Probation Officer, and worked as a Criminal Investigator for the Florida Department of Health. As a member of the Florida Bar, Mayra worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the 20th Judicial Circuit, where she served the Citizens of Southwest Florida in the Collier County office. As a former prosecutor, Mayra has extensive litigation experience in both misdemeanor and felony criminal law cases. Mayra also practices in the area of Family Law where she continues to use her litigation experience representing clients in various domestic relations cases. Mayra is passionate about her family law matters as she very much enjoys walking her clients through the family law process. Mayra has prosecuted hundreds of cases and conducted numerous jury and non-jury trials in a wide array of family law and criminal matters. Mayra services the community by volunteering as a coach for the Greater Naples YMCA and as Teen Court Judge where she finds great reward in encouraging and influencing the youth in Collier County. She also serves as a mentor for rising law students and law school graduates at Ave Maria School of Law.
